Privileged Roles and Ownership

This contract is controlled by the Teller Protocol by adding accounts with the Pauser role. Only the addresses with the Pauser role have the ability to change any settings. These addresses will be controlled by multisig wallets in an effort to ensure true decentralization and trust in the platform.
